"Jamie Milam is the greatest when it comes to real estate sales. She is professional, knowledgeable, personable, to the point, and always willing to help.
At our first meeting, she came to our appointment on time, she examined my house, and then sat down at the kitchen table to discuss what was needed to be done, how she would promote the sale of my home, and how to maximize my profit.
She provided me with suggested phone numbers for a window repair service, carpet installer, and a handyman to do the necessary repairs. So after 3 weeks of clearing out the clutter and the repairs completed, Jamie contacted me to come by and examine the house once more. She said I did a great job and scheduled for a photographer to come by and take the necessary photos for the multiple listing. Also that weekend she scheduled an open house of which she was personally going to run.
Well to my surprise, I was given an offer 2 days later! It was a good offer but Jamie and I suggested we would ask for a little more. The counter offer was accepted by the buyers.
The story doesn’t end here though. The sale was contingent upon whether I can be out of the house in 30 days of which I agreed. So I hunkered down and packed and packed and packed! Jamie gave me a call 2 weeks later to check on my progress. She even came by to personally check. At this point she offered for one of her team to help with my packing. She immediately contacted Su and was instructed to help me with my packing. Su came right over and was extremely helpful in helping me pack.
So the day before the closing, my movers had come to load up the truck which went without a hitch.
Two hours before the closing, Jamie came by to see if there was anything else she could help with. I suggested that there was stuff in the garage that needed to be hauled away. At this point, she immediately contacted other members of her team and had them come by to haul that stuff away.
The closing went smoothly thanks to Jamie, Su, and the rest of her team. I would like to say at this time – Jamie, Su, and rest of your team, thank you for making the sale of my home way less stressful than it was. I will never forget this.
